We value our customers and we strive to offer the best service and quality products to our customers. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
To obtain a refund, credit, or exchange on a product that was delivered to you, you must adhere to the following guidelines.
This return policy covers items purchased on a component, replacement, or upgrade basis.
Items delivered as part of a total turnkey system order may be covered under different service and support terms, though the RMA process is the same.
Management reserves the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products at its discretion.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All Non-Defective Returns and Exchanges that are agreed to by TDK RF Solutions are subject to a minimum 20% Restocking fee. This is to cover delivery/rush charges from our vendors, vendor calibration fees, customization fees, and other burdens. We will not be liable for non-compatibility or other similar issues.
Returned merchandise must be in the original box or package with all accessories and manuals in sellable condition. No credit will be issued for incomplete product returns. Returned items in un-sellable condition, or missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee or returned at our discretion.
All products with any damage due to misuse or improper installation by customer will be refused for replacement.
Nonrefundable charges include installation and other fees for services, shipping and insurance charges, and any import/export or other handling and transportation fees.
Defective software media (CD or diskette) will be replaced with working media of the same title and version.
If you choose to change operating systems at some point subsequent to purchasing one of our software products, you do so at your own risk as you may find that the product you purchased from us will no longer run. We will not guarantee that our products will operate in any operating system. If you change to an operating system that we do support for a particular product, you should have no difficulty re-installing the product.
We cannot accept returns for credit on multi-computer software licenses once the product has shipped.

All returns must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are issued by the Sales and Support Department. All RMA requests must be submitted by mail, e-mail, or fax. No verbal requests will be accepted. Contact the Sales and Support Department at email@example.com or fax us at +1-512-258-0740. ALL NON CONFORMING RMA REQUEST(S) WILL BE DENIED AND WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
All RMA requests must include the equipment model, problem description, and matching serial number. The RMA number must clearly be marked on the outside of the package. Any discrepancies may result in denial of the RMA.
Once you have received your RMA#, package your return in a protective container and ship the package pre-paid and insured to:

We strongly recommend that you return the product with a traceable, insured shipping method. We will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us.
Returns must be received within 15 business days from the date we issue the RMA number. RMA numbers expire after 15 business days and can only be renewed upon approval.
